Ember tetra tank mates

Why do I feel that the last few Ember tetra fish are quiet? Is it safe if I increase the aquarium's contents with other types of fish? Also, what kind of fish are compatible with tetra buckets?

Very safe, really, hehe. Mix it with Dwarf Gourami, Neon Tetra, Bristlenose Catfish, Corydoras Catfish, Dwarf Cichlids, and Rasboras.
